These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Christian Radio Finder mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Christian Radio Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Christian Radio Finder for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. App Functionality
Free Features
The App provides free access to:
- Discovery of Christian radio stations based on GPS location
- Interactive map and list views
- In-app audio streaming
- Basic station information and search
Pro Features
Pro features are available through a one-time in-app purchase and include:
- Favorites management
- iCloud sync across devices
- Driving Mode
- Station change notifications
4. In-App Purchases
- The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's payment terms
- Pro purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices
- All sales are final. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Pricing may vary by region based on Apple's pricing matrix
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use automated systems to access or collect data from the App
6. Location Services
The App requires location access to find nearby radio stations. By granting location permission, you acknowledge that:
- Location data is used in real-time and not stored
- Disabling location services will limit the App's core functionality
- Location accuracy depends on your device and settings
7. Third-Party Content
- Radio station streams are provided by third-party broadcasters
- We do not control or guarantee the availability, quality, or content of radio streams
- Station information is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate or current
- Radio stations may change frequencies, formats, or discontinue broadcasting without notice
8. Intellectual Property
Christian Radio Finder and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Engraph and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That defects will be corrected
- That the App is free of viruses or harmful components
- The accuracy or completeness of station information
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGRAPH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Interruption of streaming services
- Inaccurate station information
- Costs of obtaining substitute services
11. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time
- Update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms
- Change pricing for Pro features (existing purchases are honored)
- Add or remove features as needed
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Engraph regarding the use of Christian Radio Finder.
